Website Orders

Fax Orders
Download our Order Form. After filling it out with all required ordering and payment information, please fax back to us at 1.321.459.3698.

Phone Orders
Call us at 1.321.480.0918 during 9am-5pm PFT Monday-Friday to place an order.

International Orders
Please place your order online or use Order Form via fax at 1.321.459.3698.

Payment Methods

Credit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. International customers should fill out our Credit Card Authorization Form and then fax it back at 1.626.369.6389.

Money Order
All money orders must be issued from U.S. banks and in U.S. currency.

Unfortunately, we do not accept COD at this time.

All California orders will be subject to 9.25% tax.

Order Confirmation
An order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail once your order has been received and is being processed.

Tracking Orders
Once orders are shipped, tracking numbers will be issued on the following business day. If you have not received an email with the tracking number by that time, please check your spam folder. You can easily track your orders by following steps included in the email with the tracking number.

Returns or Exchanges
All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days from the invoice date. Please contact us either by phone or e-mail before making your return. You will need a Return Authorization number from us for any products you’re returning or exchanging. Packages received without a valid Return Authorization number will be refused and returned. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned item(s). Shipping charges are Non-refundable.

The refund process requires approximately 7-10 business days depending on the original method of payment. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a returned order and/or pending refund.

Shipping Methods
We ship via UPS. We currently offer Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Please contact us if you have special shipping needs.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the shipping method you select, the delivery zip code, package weight and dimensions. You also can call us to get a specific shipping quote.
